I don't agree with this statement, because to improve your society you need to take a step in coming together with your society to discuss the problems. If you just stay with your mouth shut all the time and don't say whats happening your never going to solve problems. People have grown up with the idea that if you snitch on someone you are a bad person. But that's not reality. You need to say the truth no matter what because that's the only way to solve problems. Therefore, cooperate with the police.
